Speaking

Making sense of what’s changing, and what to do about it.

I talk with leaders, operators, and teams about how technology, business, and culture are changing, what the evidence actually supports, and what it means for the work in front of them.

It comes from building companies, running growth and product, and testing ideas instead of predicting them. I’ve spoken in 12 countries, including the United Nations in Geneva, SXSW in Austin, and TechChill in Riga.

What audiences leave with

  • A clearer way to tell what’s actually changing from what’s just loud.
  • A grounded sense of how new technology changes real operating decisions, not just the tools.
  • Examples from actual product, growth, and operating work, not hypotheticals.
  • Better questions to take back into their own organization.

Talks

Each one can be shaped around your audience and the question you most want them to think about.

  • What AI actually changes inside a team

    The question
What changes when AI stops being something people try now and then, and becomes part of how a team researches, writes, decides, and operates?
    Audiences leave with
A clearer view of where the work really changes, where old habits hold, and what to watch next.
  • Problems that don’t fit one department

    The question
Why do the hardest business problems rarely stay inside marketing, product, strategy, or technology, and how do you organize around that?
    Audiences leave with
Examples of problems that changed shape once someone looked closely, and questions to take back to your own org chart.
  • Growth as a system

    The question
Where does durable growth come from when channels, costs, and customer behavior keep shifting?
    Audiences leave with
The measurement habits and operating systems behind growth that held up, drawn from direct-to-consumer, marketplace, and global B2B work.
  • Work without borders

    The question
What happens to hiring, teams, and careers when talent moves between countries more easily than most companies plan for?
    Audiences leave with
Lessons from building a global talent marketplace and working with governments on work and visa programs.

What I’m investigating now

The talks draw on current research, not recycled slides.

Right now that includes the Recommendation Audit, a pre-registered study of what AI models think luxury is. It’s in progress, with no findings yet.
