Some problems keep moving: a company finding its position, a founder making a run of hard calls, a team building something new and learning as it goes.

For those, I work with a small number of people on an ongoing basis. We meet on a regular rhythm, and you can bring me into decisions as they emerge. Depending on the engagement, I can also help write, shape, build, test, and revise the work that follows.

We agree on the scope, access, fee, and exit terms before we start. The point is to make the relationship useful in practice, not difficult to leave.
